unearthing geniusStart with an attitude that everyone has their own unique form of genius and the results you can get are quite simply fabulous.Take these paintings. Created in watercolour sessions with children and their parents being helped by Action for Children. They all said they couldn’t ‘do art’. But after a few hours of playing around with lovely brushes and paper and watercolour paints, there were some gorgeous swathes of colour and form. Print up some of the best parts of their paintings on large canvasses and you have found a little bit of someone’s undiscovered genius. Its a great metaphor for life - that everyone has their own genius, its just a matter of giving it the opportunity to emerge and the eyes to see it. Funded by Bolton at Home.
